WHAT IS YOUR PRICING AND PACKAGE STRUCTURE?

I offer two (2) Design Project Packages. Please see the DETAILS page for more information.  Additional or a la carte services are billed at an hourly rate.

 

• IDENTITY Package  |  $2,500

• WEBSITE Package  |  $4,000

ARE YOUR DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?

All deposits are nonrefundable. I often book projects in advance. The deposit insures your spot on my calendar so we have the appropriate amount of time and attention your project deserves.

 

 

HOW DO I PAY YOU?

I accept credit card payments or written checks.

 

Most payments are due in two parts, 50% is due upon booking to hold your spot on my calendar.  The balance of the payment is due at project completion, before any final logo/branding files are delivered or your website goes live.

 

I offer payment plans for larger projects (identity + print + website). All payment due dates will be included in your proposal.

 

Project pricing does not include updates or maintenance (to include CMS compatibility issues). Any work done after the launch of your project is billed at an hourly rate.

 

 

DO YOU HOST THE WEBSITES YOU DESIGN?

No, the desired domain name and hosting services must be purchased by the client.

 

I can make recommendations of hosting services I regularly work with. With that said, I am not responsible for server downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site.

Client must provide me with URL information and FTP access to their hosting server.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

I schedule phone calls Monday through Friday between 10am and 4pm EST and emails are accepted anytime. I typically respond to emails and calls within 24 to 72 business hours.  I do my best to respond as promptly as possible. I prefer to schedule all calls in advance so that we have an appropriate amount of time for our conversation.
