IDENTITY DESIGN Package  |  $2,500  | 3-4 weeks

WE CHAT

We schedule a phone call to discuss your business, vision, and goals for your brand development. This gives us both a chance to get to know one another and make sure we are going to make an awesome team.

 

SCHEDULE + DEPOSIT

If we choose to work together, I will submit a formal proposal. Once approved, signed, and returned to me, I will invoice you for the first deposit/payment of 50% to solidify your spot on my calendar. (Please note this deposit is nonrefundable.)

 

PREP TIME

To take advantage of the wait time after scheduling your project, I’ll give you a little homework to prepare for our upcoming project.  I will send you my design questionnaire so you can answer some important questions to insure we are on the same page prior to your start date. This questionnaire will provide valuable information for me as I move throughout your identity design process.

 

INSPIRATION

The first step of the design process is the creation of a mood board. Based on your questionnaire answers, I’ll create a color palette and style inspiration that will set the overall mood of your new identity.  This is your first deliverable and you have a chance to request up to 2 rounds of revisions.

 

DESIGN

Now that we have established and finalized your mood board and direction, I’ll create the foundation of your new identity…  The logo. You will receive your second deliverable consisting of a few logo and sub-mark concepts. You will have the chance to request up to 2 rounds of revisions to finalize your new logo.

 

FINISHING TOUCHES

It’s now time to put it all together and create your third deliverable… Your new logo and style guide! The style guide consists of your logo and variations, color palette, inspiration photos… plus social icons, patterns, fonts (or the elements we’ve agreed on for your project). You will have a chance to request up to 2 rounds of revisions.

 

PRINT & SOCIAL

We now take your newly designed identity and continue it throughout your print material and social media design (IE: business card, stationery, stamp, tags, labels, stickers, social media page designs, etc.) to complete your consistent new look. You will have a chance to request up to 2 rounds of revisions. Once approved, and your final payment is made, I will provide your final files in standard/appropriate formats.

 

You may choose to have me manage your print process (additional cost). Design package cost does not include printing costs.

 

Changes requested by client after the design approval will be billed separately at an hourly rate.

We will chat again. I will submit a formal proposal. Once approved, signed, and returned to me, I will invoice you for the first deposit/payment of 50% to solidify your spot on my calendar. (Please note this deposit is nonrefundable.)

 

I’ll send you an additional questionnaire specific to your website goals and ideas. We’ll choose a start date and timeline appropriate to your project.

 

DESIGN

The design process begins. I'll create a mock-up based on your style guide and questionnaire answers. Photography, images, and content are to be provided by you before the website mock-up/design phase can be completed. You will have the opportunity for 2 rounds of revisions on the design of the website.

 

Any delays in content will delay your project and push it back in my calendar. You may choose to have me provide stock photography, images, and content (additional cost).

 

FINISHING TOUCHES + BUILD

Once you have approved the design of your website, we begin building it. Once complete, you will be given a live test link for your review and approval. You will have the opportunity for 2 rounds of revisions of the website. Changes requested after this phase will be billed separately at an hourly rate.

 

LAUNCH

Once your site is approved, and your final payment is made, it will be uploaded onto your server. We will hold a tutorial at this time to show you how to make updates to your site (if you prefer to maintain and update it yourself).  You may choose to have me maintain your site (additional cost).

 

Client is responsible for setting up domain names, website hosting services, and must provide me with URL information and FTP access to their hosting server.

 

Once our final checklist is complete, we will launch your new website to the world!

A la Carte Services  |  $75/hour

Additional design services offered include (but not limited to) flyers, postcards, gift certificates, product packaging, media kit, price sheets, booklets, wedding branding, revisions/changes made after approval, etc.
